The price per foot is adjusted based on the type of track needed for your specific architecture style and time of year. If you are comparing based on price alone we encourage you to be careful. If you find a less expensive option it is fair to say you are getting a lesser product with fewer lumens (which means it will be a lot less bright) and less functionality. We love our competitors but you get what you pay for. Durability, Appearance, App Features along with Bulb Brightness is what JellyFish Lighting is known for and why it can sometimes be a few dollars more per foot than the cheaper brands. JellyFish Lighting is first and foremost elegant accent lighting that doubles as amazing holiday lighting. Other solutions are often just geared to be for holidays. You'll get year round benefits with JellyFish's system. Modern Lightscapes prides itself in offering competitive pricing on the industry's best product. Installation is not included in the above pricing.
Yes you can! The lights can be programmed individually which allows you to choose which lights you want on and what color (over 16 million different colors). We also have 102 preset patterns.

Yes, we have zoning which allows the ability to only turn on certain sections of lights or to have different patterns on different parts of your home at the same time.
Yes, we can sell you materials for a self-installation and provide you with directions on how to install it from the manufacturer. Be cautioned that it requires some skill both with your hands and with ladders.
With the P2 system, controller updates are sent to your email with instructions on how to update your firmware. App updates will happen through your device’s app store.
The controller and any additional power supplies are installed indoors, typically on a wall in your garage safe from the elements. They plug into a standard outlet. One controller can power up to 300 ft depending on the wiring. From the controller, a low-voltage wire is run from your garage to the soffit of the first section of roofing.
Very rarely a light may go out. Not to worry we can send out a replacement bulb as it as part of your warranty.
Yes. They are low voltage so the homeowner can replace them themselves.
A licensed, seasoned crew can average 150 feet per day for a standard installation.
The controller is manufactured at the JellyFish factory in Orem, Utah. The aluminum track is fabricated in Utah, Colorado, and Texas. JellyFish employs local USA citizens in all corporate locations. In order to make the product more accessible, JellyFish manufactures the lights in Asia.
The inventor of JellyFish Lighting has been working with his color-changing exterior lights since 2011, and under the JellyFish Lighting name since 2016.
The lights on full bright white use less than one watt of power. Also, the controller pulls about 1.1 amps of electricity per 100 feet.
